Ans. Max Gains products are made with the highest-quality ingredient formulas to ensure they work to the best of their potential. While many of our customers have achieved great results within their first month of using Max Gains products, individual results may vary.

Billing

Q1. I have been overcharged for my order

Ans. In the extremely rare event that you feel your total order purchase has been miscalculated and overcharged, we will get to the bottom of this immediately. Please contact our friendly 24/7 support team and we will ensure this is resolved ASAP.

Q2. My credit card is not being accepted

Ans. For your own security, our credit card payment processor requires that all billing and delivery details be correct with full details given in the correct casing. Sometimes customers forget to use the correct casing (UPPERCASE, Mixed Case); please ensure that you do this to avoid payment failures.

Q2. Will I be billed for reoccurring payments after I complete my purchase?

Ans. No. When you place an order with us, it is a one time purchase. You will not be placed into a reoccurring billing or subscription model. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our product, and leave re-ordering in your hands.

Shipping

Q1. How long does it take for delivery?

Ans. Shipping time can vary depending on your location and the shipping option you selected when making your purchase. Shipping within the United States generally takes 2-5 working days, if you place your order on a weekday before 2pm EST, it will be sent out the same day. International orders may take around 12-15 working days, please allow additional time for customs processing as this will vary from country to country. Once you place your order you will receive an email with tracking details for your package.

Q2. Do you ship internationally?

Ans. Yes, Max Gains has international shipping to 26 countries worldwide. To see if your country is available for shipping, please see the available shipping options in the checkout.

Q3. Can I change my delivery address?

Ans. If you have made a purchase and wish to have your delivery address changed, please get in touch with our support services immediately. Depending on when your order is placed, we may be able to change the address within a few hours of purchase. After this period, it may have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
